Black Australorpe pullet or roo 5 weeks

I'm leaning towards cockerel but since it is not really pink or red it could be a pullet. I would post again in another 2-3 weeks to confirm.

Thanks so much for the responses. Here is another photo

from today. One other time we had a roo he was bigger and bolder than the pullets but this one is sweet and the smallest of the bunch but normally stands upright with chest out.

Kind of looks like a cockerel, but i agree with @Chicken Girl1 . I'll stay subscribed to this thread, maybe you could post a picture 2 weeks from now?
