Black Austrolorp - missing feathers on the side of the neck

I am a first time chicken owner and I noticed that my black Australorp, Veronica, has missing feathers on both sides of her neck. She is 6 weeks old and still producing feathers but my 3 other chickens don't seem to have this issue. Should I be worried or is it just part of their growth? Is there something I can do? Please help!

I kind of had the same thing with my BA, Penny, when she was a pullet. However, it wasn't nearly as drastic...I wouldn't worry about it , unless the others peck at the bare patches.

Thank you! All the birds seem friendly with her and I don't see any sores or bleeding. I guess I'll just wait and see and hope that feather fill in.

She's a young and feathering out bird, she will probably get more feathers soon.
