Black beans in gamebird feed?

I'd assume cooked beans won't sprout but I'm not sure

Correct, sprouting is an easy test to know if it's raw or has been cooked and dried.

Post a picture of the black beans. Are sure the beans are not dark pears? I had pigeons years ago and never experienced feed containing beans.

I used to buy a product called Crazy Corn for a small parrot that contained raw beans BUT it was a mix that the label specifically instructed you to *cook as directed before serving*. I would boil a batch up and freeze the cooked food in ice cube trays.

So, I am less sure now after learning the poster cannot read the label, it's in a foreign language. If the mix was intended to be cooked before serving, it might actually have raw beans in it
