Black Birds

We have these black birds or starling who have found the feed in our run. Is there anything I can do to prevent them from eating not only their feed, but anything I put in there?

the starlings have found the warmth of our coop, they don't seem to be after the feed as much as somewhere to stay warm.
several have found the decision wasn't such a good one.

I also have the problem of wild birds coming in my run and eating the chickens feed. How do I keep them out?
