Black blisters on wattle - fowlpox?

This was discovered today on our hen Granola, and we are unsure what it is. She has not been particularly out of character just yet. It almost matches pictures you see of fowlpox online, but it looks more like a blister, as if there is fluid in there. Ive attached a couple photos. She has a second one on the other side of that wattle too.

One of our other hens displayed fowlpox-like symptoms about a week ago, but they passed surprisingly quickly. I was told our third had a few white spots around, so it could well be that it is just fowlpox doing the rounds, but we are just ever so slightly unsure.

I would watch it to see if more bumps occur, and if the bumps turn into brown scabs. It might be pox, but I am not sure. The bump on the comb also looks like possible pox.
