black blotches on waddle of hen??

    I don't have a picture right now.. but its not crusty she doesn't seem bothered and she's laying perfectly. Just noticed they showed up. Does pox look like that? It doeant rub off it almost looks like pigmentation blotches not tiny dots .. skin of waddles are in tact so not pecking etc. Almost as if you took a black marker and colored irregular spots on them. Any thoughts?

    Yes, that's what dry fowl pox looks like. Although it could also be pecking, even though you don't see scabs or wounds.

    Could be dry fowl pox, but it could also just be minor injury. If possible, a photo would help.
