Hey all,
I have an olive egger hen, little over a year old. She has a rather large comb, and just last night as I was putting the babies to bed I noticed the back end of her comb looks kind of black. It's like a bluish purple, almost like a bruise. None of the other kids have it, and it hasn't spread or anything. I don't think it's bothering Panera (her name), but I don't really know what it is. She's eating and drinking fine, forages in the yard, runs up to greet me after school, normal chicken stuff etc. I guess I'm just worried
I am unable to post pics, as my parents don't let me use my phone for this kind of stuff. Any help is greatly appreciated.
