Black bugs crawling all over chicken vent area

I'm not familiar what mites look like but our hens all starting being itchy today and I just checked a hens vent and it had little black bugs crawling all over and around. Maybe even inside her vent.

What do i need to do to stop whatever is happening quickly

Get some permethrin spray or dust from your feed store. Use it every 7 days if you think that it is mites. Here is some info:

I agree with the permethrin.
