I was just sold this Black Copper Maran as a pullet but she's been given me rooster vibes. Thoughts?

Looks like a roo to me. I have 4 BCM chicks and one of them looks like a roo. It's a couple weeks younger than yours but it has the same comb size, and neck colors.

The tail is throwing me for a loop but everything else says hen…no crowing I take it? I’d say by now he’d be crowing if he was a roo.

Hey, turns out I didn't have a BCM roo! Lol I was wrong. Did this one turn out to be a pullet too?

Yeah the tail threw me too. As well as on my own BCM chicks. I had one with a larger comb and a long tail like the one above, and by the time they reached 8 weeks, they were both clearly pullets.
