Black Copper Maran

Picked up 3 black copper marans chicks yesterday.

This one has a lot of gold through the feathering. The other two are solid black.

Is this common in Bcm? Or likly a mixed breed?

Could be mix, I haven't raised BCM but don't they get sex specific coloring? Could this be very early male patterning perhaps?
