Black Copper marans Chick 1 wk old.

I have 5 black copper Marans chicks one with very runny poop (Brown) in color. What can I do to stop it. These are also in with 22 hatchery chicks all seems well with these. The BCM's I hatched here.

The chick with runny butt needs water. If this is the first time, you'll either have to use an eye dropper or something similair. They will also drink if you dip their little beak into warm water. Make sure you tip them back up after dipping beak and you will see them gurgle the water down. If the chick has any pox/infections it won't make it through the night. Check the eyes, they should be clear, if it is less than 72 hrs. old, one or both might be slightly, if not completely closed; this is natural and it just might want to be coddled/kept very warm.

All of the chicks are drinking water and are 1 week old. They are eating well (starter). No other signs of stress or strange behavior.
