Ok, I know my birds are off, but I love posting chick pics, so here is the latest batch of overly dark chicks. There are a few more penguins in this mix

I have a bad feeling that out of my 10 BD line birds I only have 3 pullets.

Yup, that's where I got the ones I have now!

Out of the 15 from my previous hatches, I've got 10 cockerels... Surely there will be one decent one in that group. I finished up this last hatch with 16, so playing percentages I'm going to be looking at close to 20 crowers come January. Good thing the freezer is half empty...
