Can you take a picture of his comb, an above view from his front? Looks like a single to me.

Thought so. He's a healthy looking guy. I like his unique coloring. My money's on a combo of marans and a duckwing...Wonder what egg color he came from?

I have no idea he was given to us almost 2 years old, a friend was gonna put him the freezer and I thought he was to pretty for that

Sorry guys > that's just a big ole pea/rose comb ...... that's the reason you see No Points on the comb ,
and that's why his Wattles are small compared to a straight comb rooster .

I've seen thousands of them over 60 years .

If i'm wrong i'll admit it ..... but i've already zoomed in on his comb .

Not tying to a smart butt , just try to always tell the truth and be kind and honest
(may not win you popularity contest but you will have done the right thing)

I'm a sucker for punishment. I have 4 BCM eggs (nice color) from a different breeder in the incubator. Meanwhile my overflow of poor quality (but still attractive) BCM cockerels are listed for sale while they wait for freezer camp.
