he is the one.


unfortunately he doesn't like to be photographed. he is young, copper is just appearing.

that good ,we can follow up his growth and coloring .
him and your hen going a make a good subject to study and see how they breed and what they throw up as progeny. perfect bird are born not from a great parent but from years of breeding and selecting for perfection.

2 years ago I was living in the city Sydney, bought my first 2 dozen maran fertile eggs wheaten variety,on the 2/2/14 and bought my first 4 trios marans 2 wheaten end 2 Black coppers. Now I have more than a 1000 , 2 dogs ,1 horse, turkey,guenea fowl and a lot wild Kangoroos..
I like my chooks and I want to help them out by breeding better chooks.

I am so jealous! I would like to have more animals but unfortunately I don't have land for it. a year and a half ago I bought a house with a kind of backyard and made a small vegetable garden then I got my first chickens ever. a few months later I bought my first muscovie ducks. I have 3 dogs as well.

I got some beautiful Ameraucanas from Paul Smith, and that taught me what real breeder quality birds can be. I want that same start with my BCM
