I just wanted to show my gorgeous French Black Copper Maran Rooster Buckly off. I was cleaning up my computer room and had him inside due to the horrible weather we're having out here in California. Today is sunny. Finally a small break in the weather, our dam ended up splitting and there have been emergency evacuations but thank goodness we haven't been evacuated and we don't live that close to the dam. So due to weather and a few of my coops getting flooded I have some of my chickens indoors. I love my chickens

I have some Black Copper and Blue Copper Marans but I would like to breed as close to standard as I can. Mostly hatching for myself but I do sell some birds to help pay for feed to support my addiction!!! I have not sold many Marans. Only selling to cull down on roosters or hens. Keeping the best of what I have! It is just in me to want to improve on them! I like that idea! They are Awsome birds! Very friendly!

I have Black Copper Marans from Brian Parks in Oct . 2016. I have 3 Bev Davis pullets, 1 Bev Davis cockerel,4 Little Peddler pullets, 3 Little Peddler cockerels, 7 Frasier Creek Farms pullets and 5 Frasier Creek Farms cockerels. They will be 20 weeks old on Feb. 26, 2017.Lots of color on these birds. I would buy from Brian again. I have 9 cockerels that I'm going to cull in the next 2 weeks.
