THAT'S where you've been. I almost posted something this morning asking your whereabouts but thought you might be on holiday.

I can ask DH about it. That's what he does. If it's a laptop, I could pick it up from you when I bring you starts, and he could give it a going over. He's kind of ridiculous when it comes to that though I guess he's been doing it professionally for 17 years.

Ayeup: Ask him about the Google hijacking virus... He will likely know about it as there was one in 2010 also... It is very common and is making it's way around... I can probably with a little coaching make my way through it... Much abliged. I am so excited to be meeting up with you in person again. I have emailed you my want list... let me know if the items I listed are something you are interested in or if you would prefer something else.

With mine, you can tell the difference in combdevelopement by 3 weeks of age. Other folks have birds that develop slower and have to wait longer.

You might be better off to post a few pics and let us help you decide what you have

Mine also showed the difference in comb development around 3 weeks as well,

How old should they be before you know they are not going to lose that last white wing feather?

I have a 11 week old Blue Copper cockeral that has great color except for...one white wing feather.

That white wing feather could hold out and not disappear until after the first molt. If it is still there after his first full molt then think about your next step.

Hey, you know how Geebs was going to collect pictures of faults and post them at the beginning?
The question of "how and when can you determine gender" comes up an awful lot, why don't they also post 3 week chick pics and point out the pullet and cockerel characteristics? That would probably help out a lot of new folks.

Oh, and I'm sitting in the hospital with my newborn son Samuel Henry and my sleeping wife. All is well. Will post a pic soon.
