Black copper Marans question..?

Im moving to all black copper marans and was wondering if they are good moms or shall I invest in an incubator?

Hi, I have BCM also, and am starting a breeding program (small scale for the kids to show in 4-h). From what I've read, marans are not considered "broody" - we plan on buying an incubator. Of course, I've only had chickens for 2 months, so someone else (anyone else

) would know more than me.
