i bought 3 black copper Marans because
I love the chocolate colored eggs they are 8 months now I have not yet see them lay any of those dark brown eggs
Does anyone know why. I loved anyway
I was just wondering

Sadly Marans can be slow to mature, so it might take you a bit to get some eggs.

What are you feeding? Where are you/what's your weather like? Could they be hiding eggs from you?

Are their combs getting red? If they are, they're at least approaching maturity and about to lay within a few weeks.
