What is "show quality"?

Any remarks on my cockerel, Rick?
I would like my children to be able to show their birds, but really have no idea about standards for show quality.

Thank you much for your reply! This male game from level 7 eggs, from a BBS. I paid a pretty penny for the eggs, so I definitely need to know exactly what I am looking for! I appreciate it! He is 7 months old currently.
