Black Copper Marans

So, I was gifted a bunch of BCM eggs along with my neighbour. I hatched out four, and she brought down another six to me to keep in my brooder. All of my research says copper on the shoulder by 3 weeks is a cockerel, and those that sprout tail feathers first are likely pullets. These adorable little fluff nuggets hatched July 22nd, and I’m wondering if it’s too soon to tell the sexes or not. I took pictures of each of them as I took them out to clean the brooder tonight.
I’m thinking the rooster curse has struck me again

2,3,5,6,7,8. Are my guesses for cockerels. But they really are too young to sex. At 6 weeks you’ll have much more of an idea on who is who.
