Wow, I think pullet! I’m so surprised she got wattles so early!

I only have a few marans but they got their wattles so late! I have a few marans eggs in the incubator now and I’ll be remembering this if I get one with early wattles lol.

I have two BCMs, and my other one has no comb or wattles, so you can see why I thought this one was a rooster! I'll see if I can get photos of both of them this week.

The girls are just about 16 weeks old. No rooster characteristics on my early bloomer but wow does she have a comb and wattles!

You might see an egg from her soon. Mine usually don't start til around 19 wks., but she looks like she could be getting close compared to the other.

Both are very pretty....

The nesting boxes opened for business today! I have a SFH who is looking like she may be starting soon as well

I can officially confirm that she's a hen! She laid her first egg about two weeks ago.
