Black crusty comb

One of my chickens has black crusty stuff all over her comb and her eyes are swollen almost shut. The other chickens have black spots on their combs. Any ideas?

Fowl Pox. Not sure what you can do for them, but they can survive this.....I'm sure you could google it and figure out if there's anything special you can do for them.....
