Black dots all over roosters comb and face

my rooster has black dots on his face. I think it maybe from fighting with the other roo. BUt i notice when i pick him up he closes His right eye And their is little bubbles on His eyes.
Does anybody Have any ideas On what this might Be I WAS WONDERING IS ANYBODEY ELSE HAS SEEN THIS
