Black duck

So I figured out my pond and aviary and it's being now and I was thinking of getting a pair of black ducks because my dad releases native area birds once they grow up and he's had a few return and I'm looking to do the same thing. So does anyone know where I can get some black ducks

Keep in mind that releasing birds, even native birds is illegal in almost all States.
