Black EE?

This chick started out solid black, feet, comb, everything. Now as a 16 wk old pullet she has reddish laced feathers on her neck and chest. Is this an EE? I can't tell if her legs are dark green or if it's my imagination.

Interesting. She came from Meyer hatchery and that is not one of the breeds listed. I agree though, that makes sense. Thank you!

Its possible she's an Easter Egger, but she sure looks like a Black Sex Link.
