Black frizzle Cochin roo or pullet 4.5 weeks old

Bantam black frizzle Cochin... 4 to 5 weeks old.. it’s the only one I have so I have no others to compare to it. Boy or girl it’s name is Ms. Frizzle from magic school bus. (Shows my age) any who’s what’s your guess? Pullet or cockerel
