Black lump on duck leg

I was out giving my ducks some food and noticed that one of them, an Indian runner, had a black protruding bump coming out of their leg, just above the foot. what could this be? is it a problem?

It might be an extra digit (toe) i would not worry about it if it is not growing snd if it doesnt distress your duck
