Black (mixed breed?) small chicken rooster or hen?

With that comb I think cockerel, could you get a a side view picture?

Hard to be sure honestly. Agree more photos are needed. Can you get a good side view of the bird standing alone?
If he/she is close to five months old could very well be a pullet. Need a clear side view where saddle feathers can be seen.

I suspect it's a POL pullet with a considerable amount of Leghorn ancestry but we need clear photos of the saddle area.

IIRC, it's very rare for a male's comb to flop over that way, but who knows what could happen in mixed breed.
