Assuming that your white bird is recessive white which most white birds are, all the chicks will be black, but they will carry the gene for mottling and the recessive gene for white.
If for some reason your white bird carries the mottling gene, which is unlikely but you never know, than half the chicks will also be mottled.
Approximately half will be frizzled.

If you breed the offspring to each other then some will end up mottled.
Assuming the black mottled bird is your male, then breeding him back to his daughters will also give you some mottled birds. If your mottled bird is your female, then breeding this one back to a son will give you some mottled birds. Just remember no frizzle to frizzle breeding!!
