Compared to my 6 week old black Orp that I am pretty sure is a 'HE" I would say you have a pullet. My black orp has had a bright red, very large comb for at least 3 weeks now!

Looks pullet to me.Besides the size of comb/wattles..... the body in itself.I've noticed while raising my various colors in orps,the pullets grow horizontzal and round/fluffy,while the roos grow more vertical and a lil slicker.Still fuzzy butt,etc...but leaner? (for lack of better example?) .
