Black pimple?

My chick is about 2 months old. I got her 3 days ago.

She had a small black spot on her beak which I thought was coloring or a small bruise that would deal with itself.

This morning the dot has a white head on it.

What do I do?

Best I can tell it looks like a tiny scrape or chip. Happens sometimes from rubbing on feeders or wire. Probably nothing to worry about.
