Black poop? Help!

Today I saw my RIR poop black poop and I have no idea why its black .. If you know anything about it please tell me.

Pictures? Are you talking tar black or a dark cecal poop? Some of our birds have dark brown cecals that get VERY dark after drying a little. Some other forum user posted this picture guide earlier:

Looks a lot like cecal poop to me - has the bird been doing that constantly or was it just the one followed by normal looking poop?

I'm no expert, but if it was a one-off, I'd bet cecal and not be too concerned.
