Black Screen?

I have had to re-load BYC multiple times since the screen has turned black. It gets to the point where the whole page is black and it freezes. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have that issue when I use my phone and I click on a photo someone has uploaded.

There's no way to tell what's causing it without more information, like OS and browser info.

So the lightbox fails to open normally? This is what a normal lightbox looks like when viewing BYC using Chrome for Android.

I don’t use chrome or an android. The picture will only show partially as if not loading all the way, the part that won’t load is all black.

What browser and OS do you use, and how fast is your internet connection? It is extremely difficult to accurately troubleshoot issues like this one without accurate browser info.

I have just learned to not click on the picture but to zoom in on the post. Looks like the OP is possibly using a laptop or desktop.

Oh well, hopefully someone who is experiencing the issue will eventually provide more info.
