How many chicks did you order and how many did you receive? It *may* be that the male was included as a "bonus" vs. there being an actual mistake made (one would hope given the whole point of sex linked chicks being to eliminate the oops).

There is 10 BSL which we paid for and we have 11 heater roosters.

I agree, if this male and one with the wry neck are ones you paid for, you should receive credit.

Yes both paid for, father in law is calling them in the AM! I know this stuff can be expected from hatchery chicks which is why I'm prepared to call for some moolah back but I do like ideal, never have I had a dead chick on arrival or illness. Worst I've had is 2 scissor beak and the wry neck and that's out of 50+ chicks I got from them.
