Black silke chick gasping for air

For the past month, I have noticed my one of my black silke chicks (2 months old) has been shaking her neck awkwardly and gasping for air a lot too. I'm not sure what the problem seems to be because my other chicks don't have this problem. Should i take her to the vet?
