Hello all! this year is my first year with chickens and it is very exciting and fun I also did a lot of research on feeding my chickens and decided to start a black soldier fly bin so far it has been very successful. I have so many larvae that I'm thinking of selling some but not sure how to go about doing it also how many to sell and for how much? There is a flock swap that is every other Saturday was thinking about selling some there but still have no idea as to how many to put in each container and how much to ask for them. Any ideas??

Did you end up selling your excess? Just curious how it all worked out.

Oh I didn't even think to look for that kind of info. Oh well. I suppose maybe they don"t even have chickens anymore.

I prefer to think they made SO much money selling larvae that they retired to a tropical island with many chickens and horses, but no internet. :p ;)
