black sports on roos comb and wattles?

I have a big cochin roo who has black spots on his comb and wattles, he does have lice Which im treating for now, anny ideas of what it is?

If you could post a pic, that would help.

It could be fowl pox, which chickens get from mosquitos. There isn't a medication for it, it just has to run it's course, but you could put some ointment on the spots, if they look painful or irritated.

It could also just be scabs from an injury, or maybe even from the lice.....

I agree. If it's fowl pox, the spots will "magically" disappear at around 3 weeks. A little antibiotic ointment might prevent a secondary infection, or you can just watch them.
