Black spot with bit of swelling

Hi, my baby pigeo chick has black area with small swelling just below his beak. This area is increasing everyday . I checked the mounth part internally everything seems to be fine. Can any one guide me on this

He is fine now....I used fine sterilized needle to prick the area the black area ( probably blood clot ) few drops came out and next day the area become pink.
