Black spots & head feathers

Howdy,

I have some 5 month old Lavender Orrington and noticed some black spots / feathers on the head area. From looking at images of this bread I don't see that coloring. Does anyone have any idea on what the cause of this could be and what to do about?

Looks apart of the coloring of the hackle feathers. Unless it’s mites or lice.
