Black spots on comb n eyes

Hi everyone - I just joined last week or so..Im getting ready to put 9 month old hens in outside coop soon however I noticed a feral chicken from flock near barn has black spots on comb n one from flock near my yard has it too..what is it n will my chickens get it when I put them out in coop how is it transmitted n what can I do to prevent it

Without pictures my guess would be peck wounds. Really need a picture to take a better guess.

I will try to get pics feral chickens dont get too close but CV ut looks a little crusty too idk thanks been dealing with sick horse and broken ac in Az heat uggghh ok ttys
