Black Spots on Comb/Waddle? (Pics included)

Our leghorn, Olenna, is around 6 months. She’s laying consistently, is as friendly as ever, and very active. Her crop empties and refills, but I keep seeing these spots on her comb!

i checked her throat, vent and feet. She’s all clear there, her only symptoms are these black spots. I remember previously having seen them and worried It had been frostbite,lost track of this for a few months. I wonder if It’s a reoccurring issue with her? nobody else has it.

Do you know how low she is in the pecking order?
She could be scratching it against something.

High up. shes Either third or fourth, with only our only pecky chickens being our top, one of the low-mid, and our submissive rooster rips feathers out when he’s annoyed :T. I’ve never seen him target her with that behavior, though. She could! shes VERY enthusiastic in rolling in mulch. I thought that’s what it was at first

Somehow she's getting herself scratched.
