Black spots on combs and wattles?

Hello! I'm hoping that someone could ease my mind a bit. A few of my chickens have little black spots on their combs and some on their wattles. After reading a bit online and in the forums I understand this is likely either caused by small injuries from pecking each other, or it is possibly fowl pox. Could anyone confirm? Attached is a picture of the girl with the most spots.
