Black spots on the hens comb

I noticed this morning that some of my hens have black spots on the tip of their combs. I have one hen that has started to lay, but the others have not. But the egg when cracked open is cloudy over the yoke. They all seem fine and they are all active. What could cause this..

Tips of their combs ? Only a guess without pictures, but it sounds like frost bite.
