They are most certainly not black stars, nor are most of them pullets. At 3 months, pullets would not have large red combs nor much wattle development.
Picture 1 is a cockerel, very likely a Jersey Giant cockerel.
Picture 2 is another cockerel, very likely Jersey giant.
Picture 3- the blackone in front is another cockerel, the black bird in back looks like a pullet as it has appears to have a small, paler comb. Probably both Jersey Giants.
The reason people are asking about the color of the bottoms of their feet is because that is the easiest way to determine skin color. Jerseys have yellow skin, so the bottoms of their feet should be yellow. Australorps have white skin, so the bottoms of their feet should be white or pinkish white without yellowing.
You may even have a mix of Jerseys and Australorps. This is why checking the bottoms of the feet is important.
If all else fails, sell or rehome them simply as big black cockerels.
