Black Star? Hen?

This is a very young stray we caught/rescued from being attacked by dogs. I am hoping its a HEN. Its very small (sadly no tail feathers due to dogs attack). Can anyone shed any light on this chook. (I'm in Brisbane Australia)

Im almost 100% she is a Black Star HEN!

I must say Im totally in Love with her.. She has no tail feather and a wound (thats scabbing) at the moment.. so we have her in isolation to recover enough before putting her in with the others.. (don't want them picking on her)

Any suggestions on her age? This is her in the cage next to my 4mth old Isa Brown almost laying hen. She doesn't cluck properly she still squawks quite a bit
