Black stuff stuck to nostrils

Hello I’m new to keeping pullets mine around 24 wks old.
I notice one of them hadn’t laid an egg in a few days and I noticed black stuff stuck to her nostrils so I wiped it off but black liquid came out again they had been digging in a raised bed but non of the others have the same problem if anyone can help.
I’ve only just realised to check their crops in a morning to ,
They have fresh water daily and grit and layers pellets.
They do dry bathe couple is clean I clean away poop daily .
Has anyone else experienced this please.

Can you post some photos?

She may have gotten the nostrils clogged really well with dirt, try cleaning for another day or so and see if that helps.

I cleaned off the stuck dark stuff from her nostril put her down and noticed more black liquid leak my hubby reckoned it was because she’d been in the raised bed but so had the other three she’s not laying and seems to be the one that’s picked on from the rest. We got the chickens three weeks ago I’m new to this and going to check their crops tomorrow as I’ve learnt they can get compacted or sour crop .she is eating and drinking fine I just hope they are all okay Thankyou for your help if she still has the black stuff stuck to her nostrils so I will post a photo .
