That's fowl pox. It will go away fine by itself, just keep the eyes/nose/mouth clear of scabs. I just lost a hen to it, but mine had the dry form (external pox) plus the wet form (scabs in the mouth, down the throat, etc). Dry pox looks a lot like peck injuries until it starts to spread..

i know I thought it was fowl pox because it did look just like that, Is why I posted it. They get some weird cuts.
