I dont think they are aggressive spiders, more if you grab them

Yeah I found one the other day and it was very docile as spiders go. I put her in a jar no problem.

Fun fact: a study of the reported deaths due to black widow bites in the 1950s showed that the majority happened to men, and the majority of those bites were on the, um, dangly bits. Apparently, black widow spiders would often make their webs in outhouses. Thankfully, this is no longer the case. Something to think about if you ever have to use an outhouse though!
