Black X White Silkie Genetics

I understand White X anything is unpredictable. I was wondering if I bred a white male to a black hen to improve type, will all chicks come out white masking our any other colour or traits? Or is there a chance I could have a black chick come from this? Thank you

the chick ive seen have came out white black to white one ways ive seen breeder make paints

I'v thought about trying this also....I have a nice black hen and a nice white roo I have thought about breeding together I'v heard if the white is a true white and the black a true black breeders have made paints.

Yes the paints is possible, very low chance I believe, if their is "leakage" in the offspring to allow the black to leak through I guess. But that is my point is I have a nice white roo and nice black hen I think would compliment each other. I figure if they come out white and breed to white I'll always get white. Not sure about a black chick tho.
