Blackhead?

I have 10 bb turkeys about 12 weeks. I believe they have blackhead. They were running with my chickens but now they are in isolation. I noticed they weren't eating as much which was odd because they never stop eating. Then when I let them out there was one who was just standing there,looked like he was sleeping on his feet so I put him in his coop. He let me pick him up,didn't even try to run. When I went to check on him,there was the dreaded yellow poop. I have been giving them all cayenne pepper for 2 days now and they seem fine,no yellow poop even. Do you think it's over? Or am I in for allot of sadness. I had planned on keeping 3 and slaughtering 7 but they are very well taken care of. Any suggestions? And I have heard about apple cider vinegar but how much do I give them! It's a 2 gallon waterer a day. Thank you so much.

What does their poop look like?

It's like a bright yellow, runny with bubbles. I have lost three already. I have 7 left and they all seem fine. All their poops r normal. Everyone thinks I'm just getting my hopes up.

I went in the turkey coop this morning and there's that yellow poop but they all seemed fine!

I had lost 3 but I still have my 7! I have been giving them flagyl every night! One of my boys still has yellow poop but they are all running around acting like turkeys! I hope this is over but all I can do is hope! I hate for any animal to die a unnecessary death!

They often get a secondary bacterial infection like e. Coli, so if they don't improve, you might want to look into that. From what I just read, it's usually the secondary infection that kills them, not the blackhead.
